We received a 1st in Chicken at Clarksville, TN.  Here is what our entry looked like. Here is our rib entry.  We didn't score as well as normal with this entry. Here is the entry for the pork category at Clarksville...another disappointing entry....but it sure did taste good! Here is the Clarksville brisket entry....we are putting out an APB for brisket help!

Here is the Brisket entry at Crestwood 2003. Another disappointment. This is the chicken turn-in from Madison Ribberfest 2003.  Not very pretty! This was our 3rd place rib turn-in at Madison in 2003.  They tasted even better than they looked. Here is the Pork turn-in from the 2003 Madison Ribberfest.  we took dead last in the category....do not do this!
This is brisket entry for Madison Ribberfest 2003.  A little tough and not very eye-catching. Here is the Anything Goes turn-in that won us first prize at Madison Ribberfest 2003.  It was a Frenched Rack of lamb, with an orange bell pepper cored and smoked filled with a raspberry bbq sauce. This is the dessert entry for Madison Ribberfest 2003.  It was flourless chocolate cakes with chocolate mousse. Here is the rib turn-in at Lawrenceburg 2003.  We ate first then turned in....
