Ribberfest 2003. A little tough and not very eye-catching.
Here is the Anything Goes turn-in that
won us first prize at Madison Ribberfest 2003. It was a Frenched
Rack of lamb, with an orange bell pepper cored and smoked filled with a
raspberry bbq sauce.

mousse.
